In the event that we are unable to reach you, we will consider the order as cancelled. If you have already made payment for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer an exchange extended to:
- 14 days for in-store.
- 30 days for all international shipping from the date of delivery.
Kindly ensure that the product is in new and unused condition.
It is important to provide the tracking number for any goods being returned to us.
If you are returning an item internationally, please make sure to clearly mark the package as RETURNED GOODS' to prevent any customs charges.
Tutulamb is not responsible for any customs charges incurred during the return process, as such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
