We offer an exchange extended to:

• 14 days for in-store.
• 30 days for all international shipping from the date of delivery.

Kindly ensure that the product is in new and unused condition.

It is important to provide the tracking number for any goods being returned to us.

If you are returning an item internationally, please make sure to clearly mark the package as RETURNED GOODS' to prevent any customs charges.

Tutulamb is not responsible for any customs charges incurred during the return process, as such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Discounted items are non-exchangeable.

We don't offer any refund at the moment.
All purchases made online are final and nonrefundable.

An order confirmation email will be directly sent to the designated contact person once the order is being processed.

Shipping Costs

We ship globally. And we offer free shipping for international purchases over US$70. If the amount is below the shipping costs are separately charged, and the total amount depends on the recipient's destination.

Shipping fees are added to the purchase depending on the shipping destination. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. 

The delivery time typically takes 7-10 days, but it may vary depending on the shipping destination.

In such cases, Tutulamb cannot be held liable or responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or postal issues.

We follow international numerical sizing based on the age, weight and height.
