4. Prohibition
4.1 You must not misuse the tutulamb website. 5. Force Majeure

5.2 In the occurrence of a force majeure event, tutulamb will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects and resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable. However, tutulamb shall not be held liable for any delays, non-performance, or damages arising from such force majeure events.
6. Disclaimer and Limitations
6.1 We attempts to provide accurate and update of information on a timely basis, however, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. We reserve the right to make corrections and changes at any time without notice, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings.
6.2 You assume all responsibility and risk with respect to the use of the tutulamb website. At the event of when a product is sold out, tutulamb has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. tutulamb shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
6.3 In no event shall we, its affiliates or any of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or content or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, losses or any other damages of whatever kid resulting from whatever cause, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other type of damage, tangible or intangible in nature, whether in an action under theories of contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way relating to the use or performance of the information on, or accessed through, the tutulamb website.
7. Indemnification and Defence
7..1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tutulamb, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising from or related to your use of the tutulamb website.
7.2 If you cause any technical disruption of the tutulamb website or the systems transmitting the tutulamb website to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising from such disruption.
7.3 We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such a case, you agree to cooperate with us in the defence of such matter.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdictions
8.1 These Terms are in accordance to the laws of Hong Kong and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the court of Hong Kong.
9. Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Once the gift-card is purchased, it’s considered activated. An activated gift-card will be non-refundable.

- Redeemable only for online purchases on tutulamb limited’s products, valued at the current selling price
- An activated gift-card can be used in multiple orders online. The balance will be automatically calculated after each order.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- In the event that the gift card’s value does not cover the full amount of the product, the bearer is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
- This Gift Card is not valid during the annual sale or with any other discounts.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the gift cards.
- Any disputes related to gift card use should be directed to our customer service team. Tutulamb reserves the right to investigate and make final determinations regarding such disputes or concerns, including but not limited to determining the validity of any claim and the appropriate remedy. All determinations made by tutulamb in connection with such disputes or concerns shall be final and binding at its absolute discretion.
